She graduated from Tbilisi State University in Georgian language and literature, art critics and painting.
has participated in scholarships and research-projects at University of Oslo related to Norwegian literature and language, and has received the scholarship of Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland.
She established "Cultural Travel - Georgia" together with Svend Waage in 2011, arranging cultural tours throughout Georgia for foreign and Georgian guests.
In 2015 founded Gallery "Nor-Ge"
1988-2018, many personal and group exhibitions were organized in Georgia and abroad. Her works are in private collections in countries like Israel, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Spain, UAE, UK and US.
She is member of the Georgian Artist's Union, the Georgian Writer's Union and the Associations for poets "Always a New Lyre". Tamar's paintings and graphic works are permanently exhibited in Gallery "Nor-Ge".
